This is a Zildjian 17" Sound Lab Prototype Crash Cymbal.
It weighs 2 lbs 9 oz
These Prototypes are a rare acquisition, and most likely became part of the K series (Kerope, or K. Constantinople).
This one in particular has great tonal characteristics.
It's dark, rich, complex, a bit dry, and dynamically responsive.
It's in good overall condition. Typical marks/dings from normal use.
No cracks/breaks/keyholing.
