A truly one-of-a-kind instrument that marries centuries of history with modern playability. This handcrafted Maka from Estonian boutique builder Tüi Instruments features a body made from black bog oak recovered from 14th–16th century ship timber pulled from the Gulf of Finland. Each note you play resonates through wood that once sailed Baltic waters over 500 years ago.

TYI Instruments is a small-batch luthier based on the island of Muhu, Estonia, creating unique instruments that blend local materials, historical significance, and modern craftsmanship. Each guitar is a work of art with its own story.
