Made in Japan in the 1980's by Tune Guitar Technology and sold under the "Bass Maniac" branding, these were professional grade compact basses for modern musicians. Part of their "Exotic" series, this one features a solid mahogany compact body with a natural stain finish bolted to a maple neck with a 25 fret ebony fingerboard (34" scale length, 37mm nut width), it weighs 3kg's.
Loaded with the original Tune PJ bass system with a three-band preamp system along with the original bridge and tuners.
Serviced and given a full professional setup and service prior to listing, the neck is straight and the truss adjusts as it should. Good overall condition for it's age with only light wear from general use.
