Just arrived: Here's a Gibson B.B. King Lucille – the limited edition version released for his birthday in 1995! This limited edition, released by Gibson to celebrate his birthday, features a special B.B. King inlay on the fretboard. The guitar is completely original with a fantastic patina! The finish has settled beautifully, with a few small cracks visible along the grain. The hardware also has a lovely, but not overly pronounced, patina. The white binding has aged beautifully to a creamy color. There are absolutely no nicks or scratches on the original frets or even on the fretboard! A great guitar for players, collectors, and investors! Weight: 4.280 kg We have completely overhauled and polished the guitar! A fresh setup with a new set of GHS Boomers strings in 11-50 gauge was performed, including polishing the frets, cleaning and oiling the fretboard, and optimally adjusting the string action and intonation....The guitar comes in its original Gibson brown case, including the "Transport Service Manual" from the original distributor M&T (Germany) and the Blue Warranty. Special Features: Fingerboard Inlays: The guitar features special fingerboard inlays that differ from the standard Lucille. Trunk Cover: The truss rod cover is engraved with "70 Years." BB King Signature: The "B.B. King" signature is inlaid in the fingerboard. Base Model: It is based on the standard Gibson B.B. King Lucille signature model, which in turn is based on the ES-355 without f-holes. This is a rare and highly sought-after collector's item, made very special by these unique anniversary features and its specific production year.
