SAIT TR34 Microphone Preamps – Dual Channel (Racked Unit)
I’m selling a racked pair of SAIT TR34 microphone preamps. TR34 stands for Transformer and 34 dB of gain, which pretty much sums up their character: solid, punchy, and clean with plenty of usable level.
These preamps have a great signal-to-noise ratio and feature a dual front-panel input, making them especially handy for synths, drum machines, and other line-level sources. With the available 34 dB of gain and built-in phantom power, they’re also perfectly capable of recording vocals and condenser mics when needed.
The unit has been professionally racked by an engineer friend of mine, finished to a very high standard. Build quality is excellent throughout, and it’s a reassuringly heavy, solid piece of hardware.
Because of the weight, collection is preferred, but I’m happy to discuss shipping for the right price.
A characterful, well-built preamp pair that’s great in a hybrid or synth-heavy setup.
