AVP Bantam (TT) Audio Patchbay System 2003

Up for grabs is a solid, high-density analog audio patching setup pulled from my Hollywood recording studio. Perfect for anyone building or expanding a classic analog patchbay rig, broadcast truck, radio station, TV audio room, or vintage studio console integration.

What's included:

- Two AVP rackmount bantam patchbays** (TT/mini-WECO style jacks):

- Top unit: Dense row of 48+ circular bantam jacks (2x48 configuration), numbered clearly, rugged black 1-2RU frame.

- Bottom unit: Labeled with standard pro audio normalling designations (A_TN / A_RN, B_TN / B_RN, A_GR / B_GR, etc.), red/silver contacts, green grounding plugs/jacks, and dense multi-pin rear termination (appears to be punch-down or solder type, possibly RPTBSN or similar AVP series).

- These are built like tanks—AVP (Canadian-made since 1985) is known for reliable broadcast-grade jackfields used in pro facilities worldwide. Excellent for balanced analog routing (mics, line-level, inserts, mults, etc.)
- Bundle of premium shielded multi-pair cable:

- Several coils of high-quality **Belden-style 2-pair 22 AWG shielded cable (printing shows SHIELDED, 2PR22, CM riser-rated, UL-listed, batch codes like WM44 etc.).

- Thick, black jacket, ideal for terminating into the rear of these patchbays or running long analog snakes/multicore in studios/installs.

- Plenty of length here—great for custom looms or expansions.

Condition 

Used, in excellent condition pulled from service, but looks clean and complete—no obvious damage to jacks, frames, or cables from the photos. Jacks should norm/switch properly (untested by me, but AVP stuff is super durable). Some dust/cosmetic wear from rack life, but fully functional for analog patching.
