The shell is vacuum-formed from durable, lightweight ABS plastic and reinforced with molded stacking ribs for added strength. Unlike standard wood cases, this ABS construction resists cracking, moisture, and temperature changes — ideal for air travel and touring.

Security is handled by patented fiberglass-reinforced TSA trigger latches, allowing airport security to inspect the case without cutting locks or damaging hardware. A rubber over-molded handle is perfectly balanced for comfortable carry through terminals, venues, and loading docks.

Inside, a rigid EPS foam interior with plush lining secures the guitar body and provides full-length neck support, minimizing movement and protecting critical stress points. A large internal accessory compartment keeps essentials like strings, picks, and slides safely stored.
