This guitar is like new. I have owned probably a dozen electric guitars and all kinds of pickups, and I will say this thing is the best sounding. I had never liked "P-90" style pickups or at least the ones I had but I was looking for a tele style guitar without the standard pickups. Because I always felt like it was the meat of the tele that gave it such a great tone. I don't know all the details about how these pickups are different, but they just are amazing. Amazing clarity which i prefer. I do like the Foo Fighters but I most knew Dave Grohl and the drummer...but this guitar caught my eye so i bought one. I guess i loved the look of it. I would have preferred dot inlays..">)

The previous owner put locking tuners on it before he shipped...I had actually wanted it stock but because of a miscommunication he did it not sure why. He said he does that on all of his guitars. I of course don't mind the functionality of them I am just not a modder as they say.

My main "hobby guitar" is a 2010 Fender Cobain jag with dimarzios, which I have just come to love so I don't play this much..just sitting in its case. I never want to sell any guitar but I have always survived it. You will love this thing. In fact, after I post this ad, I am going to put the jag away(always by my beside along with my Fender Princeton Reverb and grab this to say goodbye till it sells.
