Gibson / 1957 J-45

[Representative Comment: Hoshino]

This J-45 has that wild sound that's so characteristic of Gibson.
The tone is tight yet somehow gentle, perhaps due in part to the slotted saddles.
The overall wear and weathering from years of use add to the J-45's rugged character.

[Repair/Modification History/Replacement Parts/Condition, etc.]
*This is a used/vintage item, and information is based on our own inspection.
Please note.
- There is a repaired crack on the upper right of the soundhole (toward the side of the fingerboard).
- There is a repaired crack on the lower right of the soundhole (along the pickguard).
- The endpin hole has been filled and replaced with a metal strap pin.
- The nut and saddle have been replaced.
- There is a chip in the wood to the right of the mother-of-pearl dot next to the endpin for the first string on the bridge, but this does not affect strength or playability.

[Playability Condition]
- There are no blockages or buzzing sounds, and the instrument is in excellent playing condition.
- String height at the 12th fret: 2.5mm on the 6th string, 2.1mm on the 1st string
- Saddle overhang: Approximately 2.0mm-3.0mm
