Here's a vintage 1964 Silvertone 1481 amplifier made by Danelectro for Sears, Roebuck & Co.
All original, super clean (see pictures) in excellent condition.
1X8" Speaker (Fisher (1056) 511 TDC-2 Alnico).
5 watts of vintage Dano point to point wiring.
Signatures and initials of people involved in this amp's build 62 years ago add to the
very collectible vibe here.
This is one serious little tone monster!
Note: I've collected many vintage amps and guitars, and it's always desirable/valuable to keep these pieces in an "un-modded" original state. However, If you're planning to play these old amps, I recommend replacing the 2-wire cable and “death cap” with a 3-wire cable to properly ground the amp.
Check out my site for more serious vintage gear! Thanks, PJ
