Just in is this absolutely gorgeous 1968 Gibson ES-335 in Cherry Red finish. This guitar comes to us from the family of the original owner and has been beautifully taken care of over the years. The guitar is completely original with the exception of a replaced tailpiece screw acting as a strap button and upgraded grover tuners.
This is a rare instrument as it is a factory made left handed guitar. Most left handed guitars you see are modified to have the controls moved to the other side of the guitar and the nut altered as well. This rare find is completely original from the factory. For all you lefty players who never thought you would have a chance to own an original left handed vintage Gibson ES-335, now is your chance.
The guitar has been expertly setup and is ready to play. The guitar has all original patent number pickups and wiring harness and has never had any breaks or required repair. A very solid guitar from a family who loved it for more than 55 years. Comes with original hard shell case.
