Peavey Predator electric guitar, Handcrafted in the USA. In very good overall condition, plays and sounds great!
This was manufactured sometime in the 1990s, I'm guessing 1991-92. Peavey was in competition since the 1970's with the two big guitar manufacturers of that era, Fender and Gibson. Peavey's business model always seemed to be "we can build guitars and amps just as good as theirs, and sell them for less money". I have always been a fan of these Peavey's built in the USA from that era. This one plays and sounds great, in my humble opinion.
Typical strat setup, 3 single coil pickups, 5 way pickup selector switch, one volume/two tone controls. The electronics work as they should. It has a tremolo installed, it didnt come to me with an arm though, so I don't have that. Sorry...
Structurally in overall good condition. Has a few nicks and dings in the paint on the front, nothing serious. The back has a moderate amount of buckle rash and scratches, and is missing the tremolo cover. It just looks like it's been played a little. No cracks or breaks anywhere in the wood, only minor cosmetic issues. Just got it back from having it set up and restrung.
Comes in a non original gig bag.
