I'm a signature guitar collector having to chose between too many guitars and his wife 😭.

1st year of production (NAMM quality), made in Japan, dated April 2016 (10 years old).

I’m the third owner and I believe it to be all original except for the saddles that the first owner changed for flat saddles (maybe more confortable for his right hand) and of course the strings :-).

The guitar is in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, with very few cosmetic imperfections apart from a small dig on the top-right of the body near the bridge that was professionnally repaired (can be still seen a bit but not felt).

If you intend playing with it, I'm not sure that, if you buy it brand new today, it will be in this condition in 10 years time, so why spend more?

I have only played with this guitar to test it, clean it carefully without changing any original parts, and then put it back in its Fender gigbag (I’m a signature guitar collector, I do not play with guitars in my collection, I have others for that).
