About this listing
Polyend Tracker+ Standalone Audio WorkstationIn mint condition, includes the original box, printed manual, stickers and software download card, stereo 3.5mm to dual mono 6.3mm audio and Micro SD to USB adapter. Lightly used in a smoke-free home studio. No nicks, dings, or other signs of wear. I bought this unit used, but I didn’t end up using it as much as I thought I would. Accessories also included: Type B 3.5mm TRS to 5-pin MIDI cable; Digital Deck Covers fabric dust cover; and folding aluminum stand. (NOT included are the original power adapter and USB cable. I didn’t get them when I bought it, so I can’t pass them along!)These are the key features of the Polyend Tracker+Updated version of the original Polyend Tracker16-channels: 8 sampling, 8 synths/MIDIUnlimited number of projects, with up to 256 patterns containing 16x128 steps eachModify instruments, notes, and FX settings per-stepStereo sampling engine with 1-shot, Forward, Backward, Ping-pong, Slicing modesSample editing and recording right form the deviceInternal FM radio for samplingGranular and Wavetable sampling engines8 synth tracks with new engines: ACD, FAT, VAP, WTFM, and PERC Drum MachineMIDI sequencing optionsOver 20 different FX typesVivid 7" display48 multi-purpose padsSupports up to 14 stereo audio tracks over USBProduct DetailsInputs: mic and line on 3.5mmOutputs: stereo 3.5mm (includes 3.5 to 6.3mm stereo splitter)MIDI: in and out on 3.5mm (includes Din MIDI adapters)5V 1A USB powered over USB-C (includes wall adapter)Dimensions: 11 x 8.5 x 1.5"/279 x 216 x 38mmPlease don’t confuse this Tracker+ unit with the OG Tracker, which had fewer tracks, less on-board synth capability, could not handle stereo in and out, and did not have multi-channel USB audio. However, if you’re upgrading from the original Tracker, you’ll find the workflow and layout comfortable and familiar. The unit is compact and lightweight, suitable for as either a standalone groove box or for controlling up to 16 external MIDI devices. I found it fun and easy to work with, and I especially appreciated the new percussive and melodic synth engines that are new to the Tracker+Price is (fairly) firm - new units cost roughly $1000; you can find used ones for around $650-700, but they don’t include all the accessories I am including.
