Dean Vendetta XM - Natural Satin - 2021
Guitar is barely used. Never gigged with. Has the usual QC issues with some imperfections in the finish and a couple light marks on the headstock. I’ve played three of these guitars (Vendetta XM) and they all have had their share of minor blemishes or finish marks. They also all had very sharp frets. This one was no different, but I did a good amount of filing to make them better. They are “better” but the work is not done. I’m not particularly good at fret work so anything more intensive could’ve resulted in me damaging the fretboard to an extent. I did enough to make it bearable to play but any professional would do a bit more work on the frets.
Other than that, the sound is pretty great for such a budget instrument. I believe these are the same pickups (DMT Design) that Dean uses in their Classic Series guitars (like the ML79’s), which are by no means as great as something like Duncans, but they sound surprisingly good.
Will ship in its original Dean box (inside another box).
