About This Listing

This is an all original highly sought after relic from 1956. This amp is an estate find. It was stored in a cardboard box in a bedroom closet. Last owner remembers it being used in 1962 last. The carry handle is fully functional , supple and well attatched.  I have gone through and tested all the components and solder joints. The original tubeset still works amazing. I have replaced them with a matched set of Sovteks.
Pre amp: RSL7
Back plate power: 6Y6GT
Rectifier: 5Y3GT
as im sure you can see :)
 This amp BLASTS pure tone.
it has 2 inputs and one for vocals. Its the all purpose football you need to have with you at all times. Great for recording to busking. Has an interior light in the back that is super handy for a dark coffee house stage. Several clips on you tube if you are curios about sound and tone.  This amp works best when you crank the tone and volume all the way up, then allows you to use the guitar's volume and tone pots to shine! Amp is in excellent working condition , ready to rock out of the box.
