A cool S-style from Fernandes!
One of the big players during the '70s wave of Japanese guitar manufacturing, Fernandes have gone on to remain a household name with their own designs. This particular example dates approximately to 1976 and is a FST-70 model with the headstock name 'Fernandes Burny Custom'. Taking clear inspiration from Fenders designs of the time, this example features a 'silver heart' wood body construction, which was unique hardwood sourced from Africa. In combination with a three-bolt neck join and maple neck, this example captures the look and feel of the '70s spec Stratocaster.
Cosmetic condition is good for its age with some present play wear and a little dirt to the control knob plastics. Hardware is fully functional, and plays with a low-medium action. Includes a leather gig bag.
