For your consideration is a 2022 PRS Private Stock Special Semi-Hollow Limited Edition. Only 85 examples of this model were produced. The serial number is 22345XXX and the private stock number is 100XX, with certain digits obscured to protect the privacy of the next owner.
Purchased new from Ish Guitars in 2024, this guitar has been stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled collector’s environment. A true case queen!
There isn’t much more to say: it is simply a stunning instrument, both visually and sonically. The guitar is in new old stock condition, with the sole exception of a very small paint chip on the tip of the headstock (please see photos), likely from handling. It went unnoticed until the photo session.
The guitar has been professionally set up and is ready to play. It comes complete with the original case (in excellent condition), all case candy, tremolo arm and wrenches, and paperwork from Ish Guitars.
The guitar will be professionally packed with extra care and fully insured.

Reintroduced in 2021, the PRS Special Semi-Hollow is a versatile and beautiful instrument. This Private Stock Special Semi-Hollow Limited Edition keeps many of the appointments of the Core model, includ- ing a 22-fret, 25” scale length neck, semi-hollow body with single f-hole, and hum-Narrowfield-hum pickup configuration, and adds Private Stock material choices and craftsmanship for a unique small batch of guitars.
This Private Stock limited edition features stunning woods from the Private Stock Vault, including a highly-figured maple top, a Black Limba back and neck, ziricote fretboard, truss rod cover, and head- stock veneer. Finished with white mother of pearl and paua inlays, smoked black hardware, and a high- gloss nitro Citrus Glow finish, these instruments are true examples of the Private Stock team at work.
