The Martin OM-28 Modern Deluxe reimagines a legendary Martin design by pairing classic tonewoods with cutting-edge refinements, starting with a spruce top treated with the Vintage Tone System and Adirondack spruce X-bracing for enhanced responsiveness, warmth, and headroom. Forward-thinking touches like a carbon-fiber bridge plate and Liquidmetal bridge pins increase sustain, clarity, and efficiency, while elegant details including European flamed maple binding, a 1933-style pearl headplate logo, EVO gold frets, and Waverly gold tuners elevate both tone and visual sophistication.
Built on a comfortable OM body with a 25.4-inch scale length, this guitar delivers exceptional balance, articulation, and dynamic range, equally suited for fingerstyle nuance and powerful flatpicking. The slightly asymmetrical neck profile offers a smooth, modern feel that encourages expressive playing across the fretboard, making the OM-28 Modern Deluxe an ideal choice for players who want vintage Martin character with refined modern performance, available at Haggerty’s Music.
