Vintage 1986 Fender Sidekick Reverb 35 Amp
Vintage 1986 Fender Sidekick Reverb 35 Amp
This very rare 1986 Fender Sidekick Reverb 35 electric guitar amp has the original foot-switch, speaker, and lush spring reverb. It is 100% original and unmodified, and the original 12” Fender blue label speaker sounds awesome. The metal parts show oxidation and the handle is intact. This example is from 1986 and features state of the art solid state technology of its time, with dual inputs, full range spring reverb, presence controls, volume, gain, and master, allowing you to get great distortion. Original ground plug. Please photos for condition. These Paul Rivera designed solid state amps are rare and they don't come up often with functional reverb. This sold for about $776 new back in 1986 and it is in 100% working condition.
The Fender Sidekick Reverb 35 is a solid-state combo guitar amplifier from the 1980s, known for being a lightweight, reliable workhorse with surprisingly good cleans and usable distortion, featuring two channels, 3-band EQ, presence, and a lush spring reverb, making it a great budget-friendly practice or gigging amp that pairs well with pedals, often made in Japan or Taiwan.
Measures 17" x 17" x 10" and weighs 25.5 lb. It certainly gets loud enough for small gigs, yet is light enough to travel with.
