Here we have a gorgeous Les Paul from Gibson’s limited-run and environmentally conscious SmartWood Exotic series. Built with Peroba tonewood, it delivers a warm, resonant voice with excellent sustain and a unique natural aesthetic. One of the standout features of the SmartWood series is weight, with this guitar coming in at just 7 lbs 5 oz, it's one of the lightest Les Pauls Gibson ever produced.
The dual humbuckers provide classic Les Paul punch with clarity and balance, making this a great choice for both studio and live use. A rare and increasingly hard-to-find model that appeals equally to collectors and players looking for something truly unique.
This instrument has been very well taken care considering it's age, with only some minor cosmetic wear present; nothing that affects feel, tone, or performance. There are a few small finish imperfections and a tiny ding on the right side of the headstock veneer (as seen in photo's), only noticeable upon close inspection. The guitar has been professionally set up, and plays smooth across all frets with comfortable low action.
