ITEM DETAILS:

We fully disassembled, cleaned and serviced this unit the way we typically do with our high end vintage synths, in an effort to make it as good as it can be. This restoration took 12 hours of highly skilled vintage synth tech time, plus parts costs. The high value of this work is of course factored into its price that should be considerably higher than that of cranky unserviced or minimally serviced examples on the market.

Cleaned jacks.

Replaced power supply capacitors.

Replaced jack nuts and washers.

Replaced power supply terminals (9).

Replaced power cable.

Replaced molex connector terminals (27).

Cleaned Jones 2 pin output.

Replaced IC sockets (14p x2, 8p x2).

Cleaned PCB, removed cleaned and lubed rotary switches.

Cleaned and lubed all pots and other switches.

Removed and cleaned pins in wheel panel and reflowed molex connector solder joints.

Removed and cleaned keys. 

Removed and cleaned bus bar.

Replaced keyboard bushings.

Adjusted key heights.

Checked voltages.

Recalibrated VCO, VCF, VCA balance.

Multiple systematic burn in tests performed and passed.
