Uher 4400 Report Stereo Reel to Reel Portable Recorder ("German NAGRA")

I’m selling a classic Uher 4400 Stereo tape recorder. Working, but with flaws

Technical condition:

• The unit powers on correctly
• Recording works - the signal fed through the first channel (PEGEL I) is correct, the signal fed through the second channel (PEGEL II) is very quiet and distorted
• FF (fast forward) and REV (rewind) both work correctly
• Left VU meter doesn't move, right VU meter works correctly
• The motor runs, though it’s a bit noisy.
• Playback works on every mode (I-IV)
• Internal loudspeaker works correctly
• The audio output (DIN) works, but is a bit noisy

Visual condition:

• Very good appearance for its age.
• Some scuffing on the bottom of the casing.
• One of the handle mounts is broken.
