Bacchus Continental WSE’25/R GT-Aged, part of the Bacchus master luthier showcase series built in Nagano, Japan.
This model features a one-piece body of Akamatsu (Japanese red pine), a traditional Japanese tonewood valued for its light weight, strong resonance, and fast transient response. The single-piece construction is particularly rare in modern electric guitar manufacturing and contributes to strong acoustic coupling and harmonic openness.
Electronics consist of Bacchus mini-humbuckers, designed to sit between traditional humbucker warmth and single-coil clarity. These are voiced for articulation and separation, with a fast response and clear upper-mid definition, particularly under gain.
The GT-Aged finish is a thin lacquer treatment designed to replicate natural playing wear while maintaining acoustic responsiveness.
Specification includes 25.5” scale length, 42mm nut width, Gotoh hardware throughout, and maple neck with rosewood fingerboard.
Includes case and documentation.
