We are pleased to introduce the ASM Diosynth a highly expressive instrument that seamlessly blends the worlds of acoustic wind instruments and modern synthesis.

The Diosynth is designed specifically for wind players and features mechanical keys that authentically replicate the feel of real saxophones and other wind instruments without the flat buttons typically found on conventional wind synths. With multiple fingering modes, scale and key locks, as well as octave keys spanning more than eight octaves, you’ll enjoy a familiar and highly versatile playing experience.

For maximum expressiveness, the Diosynth features breath and bite sensors, an internal gyroscope, an X/Y joystick, two pressure-sensitive pads, and three programmable switches. The instrument comes with 384 patchesand supports a total of 768 memory slots – ranging from classic wind instruments such as saxophone, trumpet, and flute to modern synth leads, basses, and layered textures.

The sound engine is based on the renowned Hydrasynth, expanded with a new sample-playback oscillator. This allows you to blend realistic acoustic sounds with digital wavescan oscillators and shape them into unique hybrid tones using the 16-mode filter.

ASM has integrated 128 carefully sampled sound sources from reed, brass, percussion, and string instruments – including rare and exotic instruments such as contrabass flute, Eb tubax, and the Peruvian llama flute.

Even more flexibility comes from the ability to layer or split two parts, combining up to four Hydrasynth oscillators and two sample-based voices simultaneously.
 

Connectivity options include a ¼" stereo output, ⅛" headphone output with dedicated volume control, MIDI DIN In/Out, USB MIDI & Audio I/O, Bluetooth MIDI, and Bluetooth Audio-In for playing along with music streams. Playback is possible through the built-in speaker or headphones, and the Diosynth can be powered by the included USB-C power supply or two 18650 lithium batteries (not included).
 

A Mac/PC editor as well as an iOS/Android app make patch editing and live performance workflows easy. Each unit comes performance-ready in a hard-shell case with all necessary cables and accessories.
