The Fender Custom Shop introduces the Bass VI JRN, a carefully crafted tribute to Fender's six-string basses from the 1960s.

With its aged finish, this bass looks like a well-preserved 60-year-old instrument with moderate finish flaws and slightly oxidized hardware.

A trio of Custom Shop '62 Jaguar pickups, vintage wiring and controls, along with classic finishes such as Aged Olympic White, the Bass VI evokes the best of this cult fan favorite. Attention has been paid to the smallest details, for example, the side dots are made of vintage clay!

Other premium features include a 2-piece body made from selected alder wood, a quarter-sawn maple neck with an oval “C” neck profile in 1960s style, a flat laminated rosewood fingerboard, a radius of 7.25", 21 medium vintage (47095) frets, a “floating” vintage-style tremolo and bridge, vintage tuning machines, a bone nut, a deluxe case, a strap, and a certificate of authenticity.
