The Ibanez RG8570Z-BRE from the J.Craft Custom Shop is a luxury version of the RG design, offering unmatched playing comfort and first-class sound. While the contoured body, made from African mahogany with a spectacularly grained "AAA"-grade flamed maple top, fits perfectly to the body, even the most complex riffs and solos are easy to play on the fast 5-piece maple/wenge neck with RG J.Custom Super Wizard profile. The workmanship on this guitar is – typical of Japan – absolutely uncompromising, and you can feel that immediately when you first pick it up.

When plugged into an amplifier, the HSH pickup combination consisting of a DiMarzio The Tone Zone humbucker at the bridge, a DiMarzio True Velvet singlecoil in the middle, and a DiMarzio PAF 36th Anniversary humbucker (upgrade!) at the neck delivers everything a guitarist in the hard rock and modern metal genres could wish for: plenty of output for powerful, brutal sounds characterized by assertive mids and present highs, combined with a voluminous low end. Thanks to the singlecoil and the coil split function via push/pull in the tone control (upgrade!), the guitar can also produce lean, dynamic sounds, making this Ibanez RG8570 extremely versatile.

A double locking Ibanez Edge Zero tremolo bridge together with Gotoh tuners ensure ultimate tuning stability and clean intonation across all 24 jumbo frets.

Visually, this guitar impresses with a relentlessly aggressive design, which is particularly enhanced by the semi-transparent Black Rutile high-gloss finish, under which the spectacular grain of the flamed maple top stands out beautifully. The sparkling black hardware in combination with the flamed maple bindings around the body and neck complete the overall picture perfectly.

In fact, With the pickup and electronics upgrade this RG8570-BRE is now identical in construction to the Ibanez RG-8870-BRE - with the exception of the metal cover on the bridge pickup of course.

The guitar is in excellent, very well-maintained condition and technically flawless. The guitar has only occasional minor wear (see pictures). The frets are in top condition.
