TWO new pairs (no packaging) near A+ Musician's Gear Hickory Drumsticks similar in size & head to Promark Finesse 718: small round tip, Length: 16 1/4" / 412.8mm, Diameter: .551" / 14mm, satin finish (plain, meaning NO graphics / NO paper sleeve)

Up for grabs are TWO new pairs (NO packaging)near A+ Musician's Gear Hickory drumsticks that are similar in size (length / diameter) & and with similar size small round head to Promark Finesse 718 - but with a basic satin finish (instead of the lacquered finish). Never used / Extremely clean.

The weight of each individual stick is 2 ounces.

The sticks are plain / blank - meaning they have NO graphics / NO labels. And NO packaging sleeves.

In some of the pictures - because of the lighting - the color of the stick look darker (more amber-ish) than they appear in person. They are a regular natural color - as seen in the first picture. NOTE: to better show the imperfections - pictures # 7 to # 10 were taken in a lower light. So in pictures # 8 to # 101 - the area of the stick shown looks duller than it appears in person.

I'm not a drummer - so I immediately was not sure what model these drum sticks were based off of. Stores like Guitar Center and Sam Ash (when they were in business) did not have - in stock - any brand name drumsticks that had models that were an exact in head shape & size and stick shaft length / diameter. And the none of the workers there knew what these sticks were exactly similar to. So I just stored them is a safe place in my home (pet-free / smoke free home environment).

I recently did some research and saw that these sticks are very similar in appearance, size, and head to Promark Finesse 718 - but with a basic satin finish instead of lacquered finish (lacquered is more durable).

Since I do not have any Promark Finesse 718 to compare the stick for sale in this listing to - I do not know if they will feel and respond and weigh and pitch the same way as Promark Finesse 718 sticks do.

They handle well and can hold up for a long time even with hard-hitting drummers.

Anyway - these are cool sticks to get to save a couple of dollars (since Promark Finesse 718 sticks cost more money) - whether it be for actual performance use / studio use - or for practice. Also these are also cool sticks (at a fair price) for experimenting with a different type of drumstick than you normally use.

• NOTE: For USA shipments - if you purchase more than TWO Pairs - the s/p cost will be more that the advertised s/p cost for two pairs. I would need to know how many additional pairs that you plan to purchase to let you know what the s/p cost will actually be.

When I purchased this style drumsticks at Guitar Center - I was told by a few workers that these sticks were actually brand name stick that were sold at a lower promotional price (by another company - Musician's Gear) because they had not too serious blemishes - some noticeable and some not too noticeable (in wood grain, the manner that the wood was cut, the smoothness, etc) resulting for the drumsticks to be not up to the standard of a final production (where a better finish, graphics, and paper sleeve would be added). And then they were sent to another company (Musician's Gear) to sell them like this. I don't know whether or not this is true.

So I guess they can be considered (or are) B Stock sticks. But they handle well and can hold up for a long time even with hard-hitting drummers.

I choose two good pairs to sell in this listing. I would say they overall they are fine. Nothing really bad about them. But there are a few things to mention about them. NOTE: to better show the imperfections - pictures # 7 to # 10 were taken in a lower light. So in pictures # 8 to # 11 - the area of the stick shown looks duller than it appears in person.

• All of the tips are fine - but for two of the tips - each has one very tiny very light dot impression - nothing serious.
• The butt end of one of the sticks has a very small - not too serious (but visible) dot impression.
• The very lower area of one of the stick has a light - but visible short dash line impression.
• Two of the stick have more visible brown lines or brown spots in the wood grain compared to the other sticks. But all of the stick have regular type of dark lines dark spots too (just the nature of the wood).
• The butt end for all four sticks do not have a clear satin finish.
• When I compared the two pairs for sale in this listing a few brand name drumsticks - these sticks are cut fine - with just a few natural imperfection in the wood - like those extremely tiny & extremely light dot & line impressions from how the wood was cut and / or sanded.
