Up for sale is a Gorgeous 1997 Butterscotch Blonde Fender Custom Shop Nocaster Relic in Excellent Condition! Previously owned by Tim Lerch. One of his earliest Cunetto / Cruz era masterpieces Going way back to his early days.
Has the Custom Shop Logo impressed into the back of the headstock as only the very first series did.
These guitars were built in small numbers by the Fender Custom Shop and then sent to Vince Cunetto in very limited numbers for the relic job.
AAA Flamed birdseye Maple Neck, killer sounding & playing instrument.
1997 Butterscotch Blonde Fender Custom Shop Nocaster Relic comes in its original Fender Tweed Hardcase. The original COA was lost according to Tim and was replaced with a new one from his students, CW . Fleming of Fender custom shop.
Tim states that the frets were replaced with his favorite Stu Mac fret and Pleked. It is an amazing feel beyond description.
He’s guitars are looked after by Mike Lull , a pretty amazing dude in his own right -
Tim’s original strings are still on the guitar 11 gauge balance tension.
These guitars don’t sell cheap. Just ask Eddie in the last picture..
I would not be selling under an other circumstances of which requires no further explanation.
