Anyway. For some of us normal guitars aren’t enough anymore. Some of us are like David Dukovney is with sex, we’ve played so much normal guitar that a regular strat just doesn’t do it for us anymore. We need something NEW. That’s where this guitar steps in.

in a lot of ways this is a normal six string strat. It intonates correctly, you can play chords on it etc... the thing that makes it special is that the pickups are not necessarily trying to pickup what you are playing. Depending on how the PUs are set you could get all 6 strings or just 2 or maybe none at all. it seems counterintuitive but that can be “OK” with enough gain you can still catch the string vibrations and on this guitar and there are several sympathetic strings that will vibrate and accentuate the strings you are playing that WILL get picked up. For a long time while I was working on this guitar I called it “the air guitar” because I wanted the sound of the wind playing the guitar. so if the demo video sounds weird that’s why. Also if you get stuck the little red button engages a piezo pickup that is attached to the bridge that will always give you a read on all the strings, the tiny micro switch is a “mono switch” that kills the stereo separation by sending all the PUs to the same output. (SEE? it’s all very logical!)

anyway about that demo video, I KNOW it’s long and boring but this guitar has over 150 pickup settings to try out so i had a lot of turf to cover. if you want to hear how it sounds with no gain skip to about 3/4 the way through. also i know it’s a cliche but wear headphones if you can. this guitar has two outputs and half of the strings go to one amp and half to the other. it’s never going to sound as awesome as it does in real life on your phone.

ok, this guitar is not a production made thing. it’s an experiment i made mostly for myself. So there are rough edges and some nicks and scratches throughout. but it’s solid as a rock and I’ll give you a lifetime warranty. comes with a tuning wrench and a gig bag.
