Vintage Correct Parts is proud to offer, for your consideration,
A completely original and fantastic
Vintage 1983 Gibson ES-335 "Dot" Reissue
These are a true classic - Gibson got it's mojo back pretty hard in the early 80's.
These killer 59-reissue 335's were some of the first guitars to roll out of the newly christened Nashville plant, and boy were they incredible. Highly consistent and very faithful recreations of the holy grail 1959 ES-335 dot neck. These early 80's Dots are now 40+ years old and have aged very gracefully. They've become highly desirable and sought after by players and collectors alike.
This example is in excellent condition and is 100% original (with the exception of a newer pickguard) The original Gibson-embossed cream lined plush hard case is as clean as the guitar is... It has it's original "Patent Stamped" T-top pickups which sound incredible.
A very well-kept instrument since new, this guitar was played lovingly and exhibits minor sings of playwear. The original frets play incredibly well and with a weight of 8lbs 10oz, it feels very balanced in the lap with no neck or body dive. Many folks will rank this era of the ES-335 immediately behind the late 50's and early 60's ES-335's as Gibson truly returned to the fit finish (and wide nut!) of the late 50's models.
The woods on this guitar are absolutely premium. Gibson spared no expense in the re-introduction of these historic reissues!
