Comes with padded GIG-BAG, set of strings & laouto pick (pena). (All safely packaged in oversized box).

Features also: Sound-hole Rosette, White celluloid Pickguard custom designed & installed by myself, Grover Black Machine heads, and 'Archodis' Professional Passive Pickup for Cretan Laouto.

"4 double strings, the three lower strings are tuned in octaves, the highest strings are tuned in unison. The tuning is similar to an octave mandolin in G – D – A – E, but the G string is tuned one octave higher than expected. So the tuning goes down from G to D, than up to A (on whole tone above the G), and up again to the E".


Seller's NOTE:

The instrument is in very good condition, of great build quality and with exceptional sound.

I customized the cedar soundboard by staining in for a rustic look, and added a white pickguard to relate with the purflings, thus achieving a modern front with the classic rear end of the Lute.

In a few spots you will notice very light scratches due to ownership and usage.
