A stereo / twin channel transformer based level converter / attenuator, isolator, ‘colour box’ with XLR in and out's - these have a 7.5 : 1 ratio (so approximately 17.5db of attenuation). Useful for attenuating the level from (for instance) a mic pre amp output where you want to drive the mic pre harder to achieve a certain sound but the output level is too great for the next stage in your signal chain or for taking general high line levels from pro audio kit & dropping them down for semi pro inputs etc. They are balanced & fully floating on both sides - they use decent Parmeko transformers.
The ground / pin 1 connection passes through on each channel - both of which are then capacitively coupled to the case for screening. Lightly used but in very good condition & tested / fully working.
