Very Rare! 1976 K Yairi YW400 12 strings guitar

Spec (To the best of my observation, this is merely my personal opinion.)

Solid Spruce Top, Mahogany neck and Laminated Mahogany Body, Ebony fret board and bridge. Alvarez Yairi Head LOGO looks good

Dreadnought size guitar with well dried body and low action you can enjoy playing with chorus sound, Comes with vintage hard case, serial#9440

Guitar Condition (very good condition, low action)

Straight neck and the truss rod you can turn either way
50mm nut width, medium neck profile

It is making a lovely and deeply balanced chorus sound with a good low action 2.5mm and 2mm@12F, weight: 2.18kg ( 4.80lbs.)

{The guitar has play wears and imperfections as below} 

• Body top and side has a few minor dings, scuffs and minor scratches
• Headstock has some cloud in finish
• Tuners have some tarnish as in aging process
• Pick guard has a little shrinkage and re-glued
