Built with premium through-hole components, Alpha pots and switches, and Switchcraft jacks, each pedal is hand-assembled in Finland and housed in a custom sheet-metal enclosure with top-mounted jacks for easy pedalboard integration.

The Royal Blue Overdrive is a dynamic and highly responsive drive pedal designed to enhance—not mask—your core tone. Whether you need light breakup, edge-of-clean crunch, or harmonically rich overdrive, the Royal Blue delivers with clarity, articulation, and nuance.

Thanks to its transparent gain structure and active EQ section, the Royal Blue works just as well as a tone-shaping tool as it does a drive pedal. At its lowest gain setting, it functions as an EQ/boost; at higher settings, it responds like a great tube amp—tightening up when you dig in and cleaning up when you ease off.

A pair of active Treble and Bass controls lets you dial in anything from a vintage mid-hump to a scooped modern tone, making it easy to match the pedal to your amp or guitar. Whether you're stacking it into another overdrive or running it into a clean amp, the Royal Blue remains articulate, open, and deeply musical.
