Fender "Dan Smith" Standard Stratocaster Electric Guitar w/ Hard Case - Blue Stratoburst (Pre-Owned)
Formally named the Standard Stratocaster, it's widely known as the "Dan Smith Strat" and "Smith Strat" due to significant features attributed to Dan Smith. Dan Smith was the man chosen by Fender CEO engineer Bill Shultz at the beginning of the '80s to reinvent the Stratocaster. Notable design features include: the smaller, pre-CBS-style headstock; the 4-bolt neckplate; the hotter X-1 pickup in the bridge position; abandonment of Bullet truss rod adjustment in favor of neck heel truss rod adjustment; and, a CBS-style headstock logo.
This guitar is in Very Good Condition and Includes a Fender Hard Case.
