It features a two-piece, Dinky-sized body, available in two configurations:
・Ash body / maple fingerboard, offering a bright, powerful tone with clear presence in both the high and low ranges.
・Alder body / rosewood fingerboard, delivering a slightly darker, airier tone with a denser midrange.

The two-piece construction was chosen to emphasize attack speed and midrange presence.With a urethane finish, both the ash and alder versions allow you to fully experience the character of the wood while maintaining a strong sonic presence in an ensemble.

Drawing inspiration from the custom “super strat” movement of the late 1980s, this model incorporates modern tonal sensibilities.It reflects Crews Maniac Sound’s unique interpretation — born from deep knowledge of vintage guitars combined with a relentless pursuit of comfort and playability.

The neck shape is a comfortably contoured custom C-shape, Crews’ long-standing standard profile that feels naturally “grippy” in the hand.Finished in satin, it provides a smooth feel and open resonance, avoiding any unwanted hardness.

The fingerboard radius is 310R, and the medium-jumbo frets strike an ideal balance between intonation accuracy and ease of play.

The pickups are 6Turns Custom Winding Pickups, developed by 6Turns.The bridge humbucker “Jumping” is modeled after a hot-rodded PAF from the 1980s. By varying the gap between the slug and adjustable bobbins, it delivers an open, powerful tone that also shines with a rich clean sound.

The front and middle single coils “JM2” are custom-ordered from Kariya Pickup, refined to enhance the sensitivity and response typical of Texas-blues-style single coils while enriching the midrange.

They balance compression and speed, maintaining clarity and strength even through large pedalboards or digital processors.By carefully controlling coil wind counts, the pickups achieve both fullness and openness without losing transparency.

Control layout is simple and intuitive: 1 Volume, 1 Tone.Crews custom CTS J-curve pots are used.When selecting the bridge + middle pickup (half-tone position), the bridge humbucker automatically coil-taps, allowing the 5-way switch’s 4th position to behave like a traditional 3-single-coil guitar — with the bridge position being the only full humbucker mode.

Tuners are GOTOH SG-360 MG-T locking tuners, giving the neck a tighter, more aggressive response by shifting weight balance toward the headstock.The Trim-Lock design enables smooth string changes and ensures consistent string tension regardless of winding count.

The bridge is the GOTOH 510T-FE1, a two-point tremolo system widely regarded for its stability and easy setup.Its original FST mechanism eliminates friction between the tremolo block and plate, minimizing tuning deviation during arm use.

A perfect balance of modern playability, traditional craftsmanship, and Crews signature tone — this guitar represents the evolution of the Japanese custom guitar tradition at its finest.
