The Double-locking Peak of Player II Modified Performance

Fender’s Player II Modified series is all about tweaking classic California designs with modern-minded features, and the Player II Modified Stratocaster HSS Floyd Rose takes that philosophy to a whole new level of performance with its Floyd Rose Special tremolo. This double-locking tremolo system puts dive-bombs, squeals, and screams at your command, all with impervious tuning stability. You’ll be thrilled by the fluid playability of the Player II Modified Stratocaster HSS Floyd Rose’s slim modern C profile, sleek satin finish, and comfortably rounded-over edges. Moreover, the 12-inch radius and medium-jumbo frets provide you with an effortless foundation for expressive bends. As for the tone, neck- and middle-position Player II Noiseless Strat pickups sing with hum-free chime and shimmer, while the bridge-position Player II Modified Humbucker dishes out a high-power dual-coil wallop with ample output and articulation. And if you’re in the mood for standard SSS Strat sonics, you can even flip the push-pull Tone knob to access authentic single-coil bite. For the guitarist who demands a Strat with unparalleled stability and performance, the Player II Modified Stratocaster HSS Floyd Rose delivers big — all without sacrificing the style and sound that made the model a classic in the first place.
