1990’s Made in Japan ESP LTD M2 in ash & upgraded Seymour Duncan pickups.
ESP made a few LTD’s in Japan in the late 90’s before moving the LTD production to Indonesia. This is one of them. It’s essentially an ESP M2 at half the price.
A beautifully playing M2 with original ESP / Schaller bridge (yes, tremolo arm is included), ESP neck plate and Gotoh tuners- serial number is stamped on the fretboard after the last fret.
The pickups have been changed to a Seymour Duncan Nazgûl in the bridge and a Duncan Hot Rails in the neck- the original ESP labeled neck rails pickup is included (Original bridge pickup not included).
Although in overall great condition, I will over emphasize as the guitar does show a few battle scars- most of the bigger chips have been pictured and there’s many small scratches & a few dents in the finish that are hard to photograph. Do not buy this if you’re looking for a pristine instrument.
The neck plays great and the frets are in great condition, but here too are a few minor dings and the back of the neck does show some discoloration from use.
Please look at the pictures carefully And ask questions - returns & credits will not be given for condition.
The spring cavity cover is not original and the area around the spring cover shows various holes.
Guitar has been recently been set up w 9-42 and plays & sounds spectacular.
Comes with a generic gig bag.
Shipping is $75 to US.
