This tuning plate mounts on top of a standard Jazzmaster/Jaguar trem and allows you to adjust the pitch of the strings behind the bridge.
Uses nickel plated brass bass string ball ends as rollers. They ride on 416 stainless dowel pins that are mounted onto 6061 aluminum adjustment blocks. These blocks sit in slots and can be moved by loosening the thumb screws on top. Note that making adjustments to the behind bridge pitch will also change the overall string pitch some, so it does take some patience to get things set up.
Includes hardware shown including countersink screws for the trem spring adjust and knife edge mount. Both metric and US sizes are included to fit most models. Replacement trem plate already has the necessary countersunk holes, you will need to swap out the internals of your trem system onto this plate. An additional shim plate is included, I’ve found on some models its needed to prevent the counter screws from bottoming out before tightening.
4 aluminum spacers provide the correct clearance underneath, and longer mounting screws are provided as well. The trem spring adjustment is accessed through the center hole in the top plate.
Notches in the back allow you to fix some strings instead of having them go through the vibrato system.
Please Note: Various scratches and tool marks present on surfaces.
