Shin Ei Companion TR8 Fuzz Wah. Awesome vintage fuzz as used by the Black Keys, Jesus and Mary Chain, et al. Two modes of fuzz - one is a fuller fuzz tone, the other, not so much. The foot switch for the fuzz portion has been replaced. The wah sweep is a little short, but it sounds good.
If what I have read is true, the 41 in the stamp is the year of manufacture. 41 years after the "showa" which was in 1926 making it a 1967 model.
