1960 Silvertone H1429
This guitar is in such great condition for its age, frets barely worn, amazing Brazilian rosewood fretboard, everything is original except for the potentiometers which broke purely due to age, but were switched with matched resistance pots. Still has the original paper in oil capacitors.
This guitar is probably the most vintage sounding and feeling guitar I’ve ever played. The DeArmond “silver foil” pickups are the same as the gold foil pickups everyone talks highly of, they measure around 10k ohms and are so punchy, bright and driven. They hit the front end of an amp amazingly.
Used by artists like Dan Auerbach, Thee Sacred Souls and Surprise Chef.
This song illustrates the tone of this guitar excellently, as the guitarist uses this exact same guitar:

The nitro cracking and natural relicing of the finish is truly gorgeous, vintage vibe in spades, the quintessential 60s jazz/soul/funk tone but can do amazing blues rock tones with pedals.
Comes with a hiscox case and original pickguard and screws, I just removed it because I think it looks better.
Collection only. I will not post this, due its age and fragility of the guitar. Would consider delivering with a certain radius for petrol money.
