Okoume neck

The Okoume neck provides greater playing comfort.

Ibanez AEQ-2TM preamp w/Onboard tuner

The AEQ-2TM preamp is specifically-designed to adjust the frequencies of a bass and a treble, and allows operation of the built-in tuner without the instrument being plugged in.

Ibanez AP2 Magnetic pickup

The AP2 magnetic pickup perfectly reproduces an acoustic guitar's natural, warm sound.

Purpleheart fretboard & bridge

Purpleheart produces a rich mid range with a crisp high end.

Ibanez Advantage bridge pins

These pins really are an advantage over old-fashioned pins. Advantage pins are easier to take out and easier to put in than standard pins. A special bulb-shaped end makes the pin easy to grip and also prevents the pin from being pushed in too far. Best of all, with Advantage the pin and string stay put.

Preamp

With the guitar held in the playing position, the button closest to the player is the tuner on/off switch. The second knob is the bass boost/cut, the third is the treble boost/cut, and the last is the volume boost/cut. Turning knobs to the left cuts frequencies and turning knobs right boosts them.
