Personal Thoughts:
This Wood Library Special 22 Semi-Hollow is an exceptional example of PRS’s artistry. The korina body provides warmth and resonance with a sweet, airy response, while the flamed maple neck and fingerboard give it snap, clarity, and a stunning aesthetic you don’t often see paired together.

Tonally, the Special 22 is one of the most versatile models in PRS’s lineup. The 58/15 LT humbuckers deliver vintage-inspired warmth and articulation, while the Narrowfield middle pickup unlocks sparkling single-coil textures without hum. Combined with coil-splitting and a 5-way selector, this guitar can cover everything from glassy cleans to rich semi-hollow overdrive with ease.

The Blue Fade finish enhances the dramatic flame figure, making this as much a showpiece as it is a world-class player. A rare Wood Library build that blends collectability, aesthetics, and unmatched playability.
