The Taylor Gold Label 817e Sunburst delivers a blooming, harmonically rich sound shaped by solid Indian rosewood back and sides paired with a torrefied Sitka spruce top. Part of Taylor’s exclusive Gold Label collection, this Grand Pacific model offers a warm, old-soul voice with strong low-end presence and remarkable clarity across the tonal spectrum.

Elegant appointments include mother-of-pearl “Continental” inlays on the fretboard and peghead, along with a dual-layer faux tortoise and ivoroid pickguard engraved with the Continental motif. Grained ivoroid body and soundhole binding, ebony fretboard binding, intricate multi-wood purfling, and a paua rosette underscore the artistry, while Fanned V-Class bracing inside enhances sustain, intonation, and projection. The Gold Label 817e Sunburst represents Taylor’s dedication to blending modern playability with timeless character.
