The Electric Monktress V2 Core Series (125B) is a lovingly recreated version of the classic V2-V5 Electro-Harmonix 18v Electric Mistress. It aims to recreate, to as exact a standard as possible, the tonal characteristics and shimmer of that original unit, while correcting the volume drop and clock noise. In addition, V2 adds some subtle tweaks the overall frequency and gain response with the goal of balancing out some of the comments I got on the V1.
To my ear, this is an extremely close sonic equivalent of my 1977 SAD1024 Equipped V2 Mistress.
Enjoy that classic shimmering, liquidy flanger tone of the original at a price that simply cannot be beat.
