Combining one of the most celebrated vocal condenser capsules of all time with carefully designed contemporary circuitry, the WA-87jr SE delivers analog warmth and pristine detail on sources like vocals, podcast/streaming, acoustic guitar, drums, pianos, and more.

True Vintage Capsule Reproduction
At the heart of the WA-87jr SE is a single-backplate version of the WA-87 professional microphone’s K87-style capsule. The capsule faithfully recreates the design and frequency response of vintage ‘87 microphones revered for their focused, polished results.
