Fender guitars have helped define the modern electric guitar, and have long been known for their playability and versatile tone. For a short time, they licensed their designs to several well known Japanese factories, and the craftsmanship and playability of those instruments are legendary!

This Aerodyne Strat is an excellent example of that craftsmanship, with a rich gloss black finish, Gotoh tuners and tremolo, rosewood fretboard, and the highly desirable Fender HSS pickup combination. While there are many Floyd Rose designs, the Gotoh units have long been considered some of the best, with several notable improvements over the standard design. The body has a gentle archtop and belly carve, with thin sides and a tasteful white body binding. The neck is thin and smooth, with a rounded neck joint, and jumbo frets for the ultimate in playability.

The serial number does not appear on Fender's serial checker tool, but we have personally contacted Fender about this issue, verified the specs of the guitar against their spec sheet, and can personally vouch for the authenticity of this item.
They stated that any prospective customers could contact them about the item as well if that would help you feel more comfortable; most notably, the scale and nut width are dead-on, and this guitar was only made in black (for the '04 model), so this is 100% a real-deal Fender instrument. It plays like a dream, and you will not be disappointed.
