Original 1938 model with no breaks, refinishes, repairs or touch ups. Spruce top, flat maple back and sides and mahogany neck with Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Playing wear on the back of the neck. Headstock face has a mark where a sticker of some sort might have been on many years ago (see photos). All original and untouched electronics including original brown and black Bakelite knobs and original output jack at the tailpiece end. L-50 conversions, reissues and altered specimens do not have this. Premium quality repro pickguard and correct handmade repro ebony bridge by respected luthier Chris Mirabella of NY. Two sets of tuning pegs included; the original oval shaped ones in a bag in the case and perfect replacement nickel Grover Sta-Tites (no additional or enlarged holes drilled) installed so as to play without worrying about wearing out the originals. Great action and amazing feeling V-neck. Comes with TKL tweed hardshell case with keys.
