NOTE: Below is the description from original listing I purchased this guitar from 3 years ago at Mike & Mike's Guitars! All the information is still the same. I didn't end up playing this guitar as much as I anticipated, and has spent all of it's non-playing time in a hardshell case.

This will come in a white hardshell case, and I did swap out the strap pegs for locking pegs. I will include those and the originals.

All the professional photos are from the Mike and Mike's listing. The others are the guitar in its current condition. Only new mark would be on the headstock where a screwdriver nicked the front plate by the top right diamond when it was getting a setup.

Up for sale, a 1989 Greco EGC LP Custom in exceptional condition and in perfect working order. This upper tiered, non-catalog model boasts features not present on Greco’s other EGC offerings from late in the Mint Collection era including fret edge binding and a genuine ebony fretboard. Crafted in Japan’s famed Fujigen factory, this “lawsuit era” LP is a high quality spin on the Les Paul Custom platform, rarely seen outside Japan.

Clearly designed as a response to the '68 Les Paul Custom, this model features a carved maple top, mahogany body, "Screamin’" PAF pickups, braided pickup leads, full-size pots, and a hand-carved bone nut. It's an extremely lively and powerful-sounding instrument, and the craftsmanship is evident in the great playability and classic range of Les Paul tones. The bridge pickup has a complex and detailed sound, with a touch of growl, sweet midrange, and rich, round bass response. The neck position humbucker delivers more girth and fullness while still offering plenty of clarity, and it's an ideal sound for saturated lead lines. Weighing 9lbs 11oz.

The neck has a medium C-shaped profile carve with well-rounded shoulders in every register, measuring .835” deep at the 1st fret and 1.020” at the 12th. The genuine ebony fretboard is an extremely rare feature for a Greco EGC from this era, featuring pearloid block inlay and fret-edge binding on the pristine stock medium jumbo fretwire. This guitar plays cleanly in all registers with a straight neck and responsive, optimally-adjusted truss rod. In line with traditional Gibson spec, the scale length is 24 3/4”, the fretboard radius is 12”, and the hand-carved bone nut is 1 11/16” in width. The multi-ply bound headstock sports the iconic “open book” shape and rare split-diamond inlay. The gold “Made in Japan”-stamped Gotoh tuners turn smoothly and hold accurate pitch.

All of the electronics work as they should, with three original full-size pots which date to June of 1989, and one 500k Alpha replacement. Two premium tone caps have been installed, and controls include a traditional LP-style array with a three-way selector switch and individual  Volume and Tone controls for each humbucker. The hardware has notably clean gold plating, including the ABR-1-style bridge and corresponding stopbar. Plastics include the replacement quartet of black speed knobs with ridged surrounds, an ambered switch tip, and original four-ply black pickguard, which displays some requisite scuffing along the pick path.

The Alpine White gloss finish is remarkably bright in its presentation, with virtually no yellowing of the cleat coat, framed by ambered multi-ply binding. Cosmetic wear is limited to a smattering of faint scratches and minor marks on the body as a whole, and targeted buckle rash at the bass-side waist. The gloss finish on the neck profile is smooth and clean, save for a very shallow mark on the bass-side shoulder at fret 3, imperceptible to the palm while fretting.
